The Mad Wolf of Ogham Path of Exile 2 Quest Walkthrough

Travel to the Manor Ramparts either by using the waypoint or passing through Ogham Village. Once there, your objective is to locate the entrance to the Manor itself. While exploring the Ramparts, take a moment to visit the gallows, these are the same ones where you originally selected your character. A figure is already hanging there. If you cut the rope, you’ll obtain an Uncut Support Gem.

Inside the Manor, you’ll need to navigate through three levels to reach the Count. On the first level, you’ll encounter an optional boss, Candlemass, the Living Rite. This fight is not mandatory but offers valuable loot and experience if defeated. On the second level, you'll explore the Count’s bedroom to find his journal and a chest containing items. On the third level, you'll discover a torture chamber with a log entry and a pile of gold. 

Take the lift down to the arena and take out the enemies there, The Iron Count, Count Geonor will appear. You will obtain the achievement, Phaaryl Purger once you have defeated Count Geonor. Now make your way back to the Clearfell Encampment and speak with The Hooded One. A cutscene will play and you will be taken to Vastiri Outskirts, where Act II begins.
